Mission Ballroom – Venue Improvements & Back-of-House Upgrades
At Mission Ballroom, the work was not about changing the identity of the venue. It was about making key parts of the building work better behind the scenes.
Sustainabuilt served as general contractor for a series of focused improvements that supported performance operations, storage, VIP functionality, plumbing needs, and building maintenance. Each scope had to be completed with care inside an active entertainment environment, where the work needed to be durable, clean, and integrated into the existing space.
From specialty curtain supports and merch storage to a hidden VIP room door and water-infiltration investigation, the project helped strengthen the support systems that keep a major live venue operating smoothly.
Design & Build Highlights
- Built Around Venue Operations

The team investigated water infiltration at the property and reviewed repair approaches to help identify the source and protect the building. - Plumbing and Fixture Support
