We manage your project from concept to completion

Design Concept

The design concept phase is a critical step in the construction process, as it lays the foundation for the entire project. During this phase, the client's vision and goals are translated into a detailed design plan. This plan serves as the blueprint for the construction process and sets the tone for the entire project. The design concept phase typically involves a thorough analysis of the site, program requirements, and budget, followed by the creation of several design options. These options are then presented to the client, who selects the best solution that meets their needs and vision. The design concept phase concludes with the preparation of detailed construction documents that include drawings and specifications, which serve as the basis for the construction process. The design concept phase is a crucial step in ensuring a successful outcome for the project, as it provides the foundation for all future decision-making and helps to mitigate potential problems during the construction phase.

Pre-construction

The pre-construction/design phase is the most crucial step in any construction project. Sustainabuilt's role during this phase is to work collaboratively with the design team to:
   - Identify and call out deficiencies, incongruities, and       inconsistencies in the construction documents.
-Evaluate the construction documents for      constructability, value engineering, and cost      effectiveness.
-Evaluate the construction documents for project life      cycle impacts to the community and      environment; calling out areas for improvement and      providing a cost  analysis.
-Develop project budgets and construction schedules.

Sustained Quality

The sustained quality phase is a critical stage in the construction process that focuses on maintaining a high level of quality throughout the entire project. This phase begins during the construction process and continues through to the final inspection and commissioning of the building. The goal of the sustained quality phase is to ensure that the final product meets the project's specifications, standards, and quality requirements. Sustainabuilt is responsible for monitoring the work of the contractors and subcontractors, as well as ensuring that all work is carried out according to the approved plans and specifications. The sustained quality phase may involve frequent inspections, testing, and reporting to ensure that the work meets the required quality standards. It also includes the resolution of any issues or defects that are identified during the construction process, to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and meets the client's expectations. By focusing on sustained quality, construction projects can avoid costly mistakes and ensure that the final product meets the project's standards and specifications.
