3500 Mariposa – Retail Space to Real Estate Office
The 3500 Mariposa project gave an existing retail space a new professional identity. What had once been a commercial shell was reshaped into a real estate office designed for client meetings, team collaboration, and daily business operations.
Sustainabuilt served as general contractor, guiding the remodel from demolition and rough-in work through finish installation, inspection closeout, and final turnover. The new layout brought order and purpose to the space, creating areas for waiting, focused work, huddle meetings, private office use, break room support, utilities, and an ADA restroom.
The transformation also went deeper than the main office level. Below the client-facing spaces, the team addressed basement repairs and moisture-related conditions to help stabilize and improve the building from the inside out. The result is a workplace that feels polished above the surface, with practical building improvements supporting it below.
